The owner learned the business from the ground up. He pumped septic tanks, cleaned portable toilets and hauled waste while finishing his GED at night. That meant understanding what workers actually needed: a unit that showed up on time, didn't leak into the soil, and cost what the quote said it would. Eau Claire Porta Pros started small. Today we handle jobs from Seymour, 3.5 miles east, to Menomonie 24.3 miles west, and we've built a reputation for showing up when we promise and treating your site with respect.
We rent portable toilets, restroom trailers, dumpsters and storage containers. For construction crews, we provide septic pumping and grease trap service. Farms and outdoor events rely on us for handwashing stations that meet 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) requirements for soap and towel dispensers. We also rent temporary fencing to keep sites safe.
What makes us different
Eau Claire Porta Pros doesn't hire third parties. Your driver, your service tech and your dispatcher all work for us, which means accountability stops here instead of bouncing between companies. A standard unit holds 60 to 70 gallons and sits on a footprint of about 44 by 48 inches, so we know exactly where it fits on your site. When you request an emergency porta potty rental, we answer the phone ourselves.
We keep units at 92 inches tall so most doorways work without modification. We inspect holding tanks for damage, pump grease interceptors when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth, and deliver roll-off dumpsters with 60 feet of clear space behind the truck. That's the standard we use, not the exception we charge extra for.
For ADA sites, we stock ADA accessible units that meet ADA Standards section 213.2, requiring at least 5 percent of clustered units to be accessible. We also rent deluxe flushable porta potties for events where standard units won't impress. Eau Claire Porta Pros handles construction site services, wedding restroom rental, festival restroom rental and farm sanitation. If your crew needs shower trailer rental or luxury restroom trailers, we can deliver that too.

How fast can you deliver?
Same-day delivery for emergency jobs is available. Standard deliveries happen within 48 hours of booking.
Do you service units during the rental?
Yes. Standard service visits follow the baseline interval of one visit per week for up to 10 users, per ANSI/PSAI Z4.3. We pump, restock supplies and sanitize.
What if I need multiple units?
We'll place them in a configuration that works for your site. For ADA accessible units, we ensure a 60 inch diameter turning circle per ADA Standards section 304.3.1 and a 32 inch minimum clear door opening per ADA Standards section 404.2.3.
Do you rent to homeowners?
Yes. Home renovation porta potties, septic tank pumping and dumpsters are common for remodels and site cleanup. Homeowners pay the same rates as commercial jobs.
